INTRODUCTION:
The program is made for persons that want to go and visit a new destination Markawasi, known as the Principal Energy and Mystical Center of Peru. It's the most imposing of the Sacred Mountains on Earth, the one that shows a great beautiful decoration of sculptures made on natural rock, to be seen from a point or a specific direction and with a special illumination conditions.
Dr. Daniel Ruzo, dedicated many years to study Markawasi, to prove that this place was not a separated plateau, submitted to an impossible erosion; but the most important of all the Sacred Mountains of the Earth: accrediting a cultural reality and its symbols.
The trip is made on local transportation making it a great adventure. The accommodation is in a Basic Hostel. The meals are on your own.
This way it makes you participate closer to the local people and travel more secure, since you have personal assistance of a professional trip leader guide.

Description of the Programs:

MARKAWASI FULL DAY COMFORT TOUR 

You will be picked up from your Hotel and transferred from Lima to San Pedro. Arrival to San Pedro and starts the way up to the Plateau of Markawasi. Once in the plateau, you will hike a circuit in the Fortaleza and Pecagasha Section, that you will be able to see these formations on the rocks, of different representations of animals, objects and human shapes, ending at the Monument to the Mankind, representation of this interesting place. Return to San Pedro to continue back to Lima.

MARKAWASI COMFORT TOUR 3 DAYS - 2 NIGHTS 

Day 01.- LIMA - SAN PEDRO
You will be picked up from your Hotel and transferred from Lima to San Pedro. Arrival and installation in a Hotel. Small hike for acclimatization. Overnight in the village.

Day 02.- TREK AND VISIT THE PLATEAU OF MARKAWASI
In the morning, starts the horse ride up to the Plateau of Markawasi. Once in the plateau, you will hike a circuit to be able to see these formations on the rocks, of different representations of animals, objects and human shapes. The angle of light will be very important, to see the shades on the rocks, ending at the Monument of the Mankind (Pecagasha), representation of this interesting place. Return to the village. Overnight.

Day 03.- SAN PEDRO - LIMA
This day you start back to Lima, in the route you will observe once again the Santa Eulalia Valley. Arriving past mid-day at your Hotel.
